All new client bookings REQUIRE a consult to be booked in addition to the appointment, 15 minutes for a haircut and 30 minutes for a color service. This allows you and your stylist some time to discuss your desired outcome and look at any inspiration photos you may have so that you both can come up with a successful hair strategy.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after booking your service. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment you are able to do so online, through the app, or via your confirmation email or text. We ask if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
