Curly cutting session

Please arrive with your hair fully dried, and styled as you normally wear it curly. Please detangle and wear hair down with no ponytails, braids, heavy oils, or product build-up. Additional charges may apply if your hair does not arrive in this state.

New Client Curly Haircut Consult -

If you are new to Lumine, or new to the Lumine stylist, this must be added to any curly cutting services that best describes you. This extra 15 minutes will give your stylist a little extra time to consult prior to your haircut service.

This service may not be booked alone, it is only to be booked along with an hourly haircut service.

One Hour Curly Cut -

A customized haircut for naturally curly hair. This service is performed dry, and does not include a shampoo and style, but your stylist will refresh your curls with a reviving mist, and light diffuse before leaving. If you would like a wash and curl set, please choose either 1.5 hour curly cut or 2 hour curly cut, based on your styling preference.

One Hour 30 minute curly cut -

A customized curly haircut for naturally curly hair including a shampoo, moisturizing deep conditioning treatment, and curly set, followed by a hooded dry for elongation for thick hair, or diffuser dry for fine hair. If you have high density, low porosity curly hair, we recommend booking for 2 hours to ensure your stylist has the proper time to finish your hair after the dry.

2 hour curly cut -

A customized haircut for naturally curly hair that not only includes a dry curly haircut, but a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment, a washing and styling lesson, and a dry style of either a mixture of hooded dryer and diffuser, or diffuser, depending on texture and desired results.

30 minute curly dusting - Existing Client Only -

This service is performed dry, and does not include a shampoo and style. This is for a light dusting to your ends to refresh in between haircut or color services. Great for bang trims or a tiny clean up. You must be approved for booking a dusting only by your regular stylist.

one hour glossing/toning treatment - Existing clients only

Adds vibrance and shine back to your existing color or highlights. Includes blow-dry. If you have thick hair please book 1.5 hours.

1.5 hour color session - Existing clients only

This option is for existing Lumine clients who want to book a root touch up to their existing base color. This is NOT for retouches on highlights, blonding, or platinum retouch's or for any client who is wanting to make a change from their existing root formula. If you are thinking of going lighter, or want to switch up your look please choose a service with longer time. This retouch service includes a blow-dry. If you have thick hair, please choose 2 hours.

2 hour color session -

Choose this timing for all over color that is more than a root touch up, a partial highlight, or a root touch up with a few face framing highlights. If you are looking to switch up your overall look please book more time. If you are wanting to go lighter please book more time. 2.5 hour color session -

This timing is great for a full highlight and gloss, A partial highlight with a root smudge and gloss melt, a retouch and a partial highlight, or Longer or thicker hair that wants dimension or highlights with their root touch up, or a creative block color. If wanting to go lighter, the time you book the lighter you can be, also if wanting to go from light to dark please choose more time. - If you have questions about booking please book a consult or call our desk team for help.

3 hour color session -

This time is great for - All over color with dimension or highlights on thick/ very long hair, - if its been a while or you are ready for a slight change. If wanting to be lighter, the more time you book the lighter you can be.

4 hour color session -

* This timing is great for bright or some fashion colors, some color correction, to have a higher all over blonde impact, global blonding, or to begin making a big color change or going all over platinum. Please note all over blonding takes multiple sessions longer than 4 hours to achieve. This appointment may not be booked without a prior consultation.

2 Hour Color and Cut Session Existing Lumine Color Clients Only

This timing is great for a regularly maintained (every 4-6 weeks) root-touch up and trim, or face frame highlights with a trim, or color gloss, treatment, and a trim. Great for maintaining your current color. This is not for blonde retouches, or highlight retouches. If you are looking for a cut that is more than a trim, or this service fits your needs, but you have thick hair, please book more time.

2.5 Hour Color and Cut Session

This timing is typical for thick or very long hair root-touch ups and cut, partial/subtle highlights with a cut, or color gloss, treatment, and a cut. If you are looking to go lighter, the more time you book, the lighter you can be.

3 Hour Color and Cut Session

Typical timing for subtle highlights plus a root touch, all-over highlights, or all-over color along with a simple haircut finish. If you have long or thick hair, or looking for a bigger change please book 3.5 or 4 hours or longer. If going lighter, the more time you book, the lighter you can be.

3.5 Hour Color and Cut Session

For someone with thicker hair that needs more time than a 3 hour. Typical timing for highlights plus a root re-touch, all-over highlights, or all-over color blocking along with a haircut finish. If going lighter, the more time you book, the lighter you can be.

4 Hour Color and Cut Session -

Typical timing for a highlight client that wants an overall lighter look, but not bleach retouches, a root retouch and highlights on thicker hair, highlights and haircut on long/thick hair, or any color or cut that has not been regularly maintained (longer than 4 months from last color and cut appointment)

For a Swedish Balayage and a cut with Marielle Ecklund this is standard timing for her standard balayage and cut services.

1 hour styling session

This timing includes cleansing/conditioning and blowdry styling. It could also include loose waves or flat ironwork. If you are looking for an updo or more formal style, please book Special Occasion/Updo to allow for enough time. Not all of our stylists do formal hairstyles.
