We are a commission salon, but we offer the freedoms that come with rental such as flex schedules, and unlimited time off. We take care of the business side of things so you can focus on your craft. We collaborate with you to create pricing focused on your goals, and a plan forward when those goals get higher. You will have access to your client’s information, and be able to contact them without giving out your personal phone number, so you can keep healthy boundaries and relationships.
Education-DRIVEN Artists
We offer the best education opportunities in the city. Our stylists attend an average of 40 hours of Continuing EDU per year, with some members attending 200+ hours a year. Education opportunities have taken our stylists all over the world in the pursuit of bringing the very best to our city, and themselves. We are education junkies, and here to grow our team if it means adding someone else who shares our passion for being forever students.
We value education as leaders and learners. We have an in house education program open to all members of our community to attend for a fee, but for Lumine team members it’s free! We also have strong partnerships and offer regular branded technical education through R+CO, Oribe, and Goldwell. We never have a lack of learning opportunities at Lumine, you just have to choose to participate!
