We are a commission salon, but we offer the freedoms that come with rental. We can take care of the business side of things so you can focus on your craft. You control your income and have the freedom to set your own prices and make a flexible schedule. As a stylist-owned salon, we have never been a fan of non-competes. You will have access to your client’s information, and be able to contact them without giving out your personal phone number, so you can keep healthy boundaries and relationships.

While we like to honor freedom as stylists, we are also all about the business, coaching you & creating an amazing client experience as individuals and as a team.
We value education as leaders and learners. We have hosted a mix of amazing independent artists, as well as branded technical education including Goldwell Master Colorist Technician certification. We never have a lack of learning opportunities at Lumine, you just have to choose to participate!
