What led you into this line of work?
Its in my blood! My mom was a hairdresser & I always loved going to work with her at the salon. Although, it wasn't until after I attended college & moved to New York that I was introduced to what the Hair Industry truly had to offer! There were many different avenues to explore; from editorial to education or behind the chair just to name a few. After seeing the editorial side, and boy was that fun, I choose to be behind the chair, connecting with clients daily. I love getting to know my clients & their hair through our journey together. For me, it's about helping you love your hair & finding the best look for you!
What are you most passionate about as a hair stylist?
Making people feel good about themselves through their hair! I strongly believe in continuing the improvement of my craft through education. My education is what allows me to learn all textures, shapes, colors & styles to give every client in my chair a chance to see their uniqueness & beauty through their hair!
What do you love most about working at Lumine?
My team! I work with a strong, passionate, amazing group of people and we get to work in a beautiful, creative space that our fearless leader has worked very hard to achieve!
