Michelle has worked in the salon industry for over ten years. Focusing on guest services, salon management, retail management and marketing. Michelle has a love and passion for the beauty industry not only because of the creativity involved, but for the culture. Michelle believes in deepening relationships with clients and team members alike by creating well thought out solutions to problems as well as strategies for growth. You can find Michelle working at our Waldo location Tuesday - Friday between 8am to 4pm. During Michelles time off she enjoys spending time with her daughter at a park or a baseball game.
